Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Adhere to the school's curriculum and lesson plans Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience in a teaching role Experience working with children and young adults Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics Proficient in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience in working as a supply teacher Additional subject specialisms Working Conditions: Full-time contract position Work during school hours Potential for travel to different schools within the area All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
