If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating positive experiences, we want to hear from you The role: As Sales Order Processing & Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed to agreed timescales, and to provide a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities/Duties: Promote health & safety in the workplace, constantly displaying excellent standards of personal safety, monitoring and challenging others when unsafe behaviours are observed. Ensure that you are aware of and behave in accordance with the company Health & Safety guidelines, policies and procedures. Ensure that orders are inputted accurately in the agreed format, to agreed timescales. Deal with after sales issues, complaints and customer queries Complete goods return notes as necessary Ensure that customer queries are responded to promptly and dealt with to the highest level. Proactively work to obtain sales orders Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, photocopying, printing Provide product knowledge to an extent to be able to answer queries to customers and in-house. Provide support to other departments when required Ensure effective department and cross departmental communication at all times.
