Based In Ormskirk Hospital
The successful candidate will join our accomplished team supporting the organisation to deliver safe and effective care to our patients through effective rostering across a variety of different specialties and professions.
We are looking for an individual with strong IT skills who has excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with the wider teams. The role will include working to tight deadlines and timescales whilst developing and maintaining effective communications with all internal and external parties and the ability to manage the expectations of our stakeholders.
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the HealthRoster and Registration Authority Systems
Provide training and support to new and current users to ensure all Operational, Nursing and Clinical leads are able to use all Workforce systems to full potential
Work across all the Allocate Systems and provide Management information for Nursing, Medical & Dental and Admin & Clerical Staff
Responsible for the delivery of a customer-focused, time-sensitive and comprehensive Registration Authority (RA) Service

Acute Care
Providing emergency and maternity services at Whiston, Southport and Ormskirk hospitals, and medical and surgical specialties across all our sites.
Primary Care
Providing primary care services at Marshalls Cross Medical Centre situated in St Helens Hospital.
Community Services
Providing adult community services for St Helens and a wheelchair service in Chorley, South Ribble, and West Lancashire. Our inpatient unit at Newton Community Hospital is where patients needing acute hospital beds can continue rehabilitation, freeing up space for more unwell patients. We also provide urgent care at our Urgent Treatment Centre located in St Helens town centre.
Specialist Regional Services
We provide the Mersey Regional Burns & Plastic Surgery Unit at Whiston Hospital and the Spinal Injuries Unit at Southport Hospital to more than 4 million people across the whole of Merseyside, West Lancashire, Cheshire, Isle of Man and North Wales.
