About the role: Making sure our customers have the best experience when interacting with us is a real team effort from all areas of our business. We're looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Team in a permanent role. Reporting to one of our Customer Team Leaders, you ll resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, delivering a great service by taking ownership of, and proactively resolving, customers needs. You ll deal with queries in Landlord Services and a range of different areas, including; Housing needs Tenancy sustainment Debt Anti-social behaviour Allocation of housing This is a fantastic opportunity to play a role in the transformation of the delivery of services to our customers. You ll act as an ambassador for mhs homes on daily basis, delivering solutions to customers within agreed targets. You ll deliver great customer service through a range of platforms, including social media, self-service portals, email, telephone and post. A key part of the role is also to encourage customers to use our digital channels. You ll also share ideas, information and best practice with colleagues, so that we can continually improve our service and find creative solutions to problems. About You: It goes without saying that you ll have fantastic customer service skills, and be able to effectively manage a wide range of customer queries and needs. You ll also be able to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation. Experience of working within the housing sector would be useful, but isn t essential as we ll give you all the training you need.
