Job Description
Join our team as a key player in the EURAM AQUA Region, focusing on Iceland, the Faroe Islands, the UK, Ireland, and supporting Norway and emerging aquaculture markets. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities for our Pharmaceutical and Welfare solutions portfolio. This role requires 50% customer-facing time.
Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, and industry organizations through a visible field presence.
2. Product Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for customer inquiries about our company’s Animal Health's pharmaceutical and welfare products.
3. Industry Engagement: Represent our company at key industry seminars and actively participate in discussions.
4. Customer Education: Collaborate with Technical Services to train customer staff and promote aquaculture products.
5. Sales & Marketing: Drive sales initiatives, implement marketing campaigns, and monitor market trends to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Veterinary or life sciences degree.
2. Aquaculture health solutions experience with a strong grasp of the European market.
3. Sales and key account management experience.
4. Strategic business planning skills.
5. Project management experience.
6. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
