Key Responsibilities: Leases and Licences: Assist in managing and maintaining records of leases and licences, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed. Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including efficient filing, both physical and digital, to ensure smooth operations. Reception Cover: Provide cover and support for the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate maintenance works, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
