Exams Manager (Question Bank)

The Federation of Royal College of Physicians of the UK has an exciting opportunity for the role of Question Bank Manager.
Main Responsibility:
The role involves managing a small team of editors to ensure the high standards of MRCP(UK) examination material are maintained. Responsibilities include organizing editing, developing the team’s processes, maintaining the bank, and working closely with volunteer clinicians.
About You:
You will have demonstrable experience of managing a team effectively. As a minimum, you will have:
* Experience of organizing workloads to deadlines
* Experience of managing change successfully
* Excellent organization and planning skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
About the Federation:
The Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom is a partnership between the three Royal Colleges of Physicians of London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. The colleges deliver their responsibilities in Training, Assessment, and Continuing Professional Development.
Policy and strategy regarding the functions of the Federation are determined by the three colleges via the Board of the Federation. The Federation is responsible and accountable to the Board for its functions.
The Federation discharges its role in internal medicine and specialist medical training through the Joint Royal Colleges of Physicians Training Board (JRCPTB) and its role in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) through its CPD department.
