The Role: Youll be the right-hand person for all things property-related: transfers, completions, Land Registry magic, opening and closing files, digital dictation and copy typing, client liaison, and more. No fee-earning, no legal ladder climbing, just straight-up property perfection. Youll have your own office four days a week, but dont worry, others are close by if you need some friendly banter. This position is replacing a long-time team member, so were looking for someone who can hit the ground running What Were Looking For: Experience as a property legal assistant, paralegal, or legal executive (you know your way around a Land Registry like nobodys business). Skills that pay the bills: excellent attention to detail, top-notch communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Youve got the digital dictation game on lock, and case management systems dont scare you.
