* This role is to lead the team of Account Managers and Customer Service Team Development, including defining and communicating key performance indicators and targets. You also analyze market trends and consumer behaviors and develop strategies to boost sales in the new markets. You make data-driven decisions to optimize the company's commercial performance consistently.
* The role will be a key part of the country's Senior Management Team and work with the Country Head and Head of Marketing to define the overall country's strategies including its portfolio, segmentation of the customers and commercial policy.
* The role will also require direct engagement with the largest key accounts and be the Key Account Manager for selected customers to assist in the success of a channel partner’s business over short and long term based on an annual Key Account plan (including portfolio and product volume forecasts, joint marketing activities and commercial terms).
* With excellent sales experience and sales leadership experience the Commercial Manager will engage with KAM’s and develop customer Account Plans.
How You’ll Help Us Grow?
* Lead the team of Account Managers and Customer Service Team Development to deliver on the countries sales and business development activities.
* Own and manage the relationship with strategic key channel partners to ensure long-term, sustainable mutual business development based on trust.
* Lead the CRM activities through salesforce.com.
* Proactively identify product and beyond product needs of our channel and pull agile, cross functional teams together to work on creating solutions (Technical Team).
* Observing the market dynamics, innovations, trends, and competitive environment to actively support key customers in their development of future oriented strategy and actions.
* Develop and implement annual Key Account Plans that identify the portfolio mix, product planned volumes (incl. white labels), joint marketing activities (incl. technical events), pricing and commercial terms.
* Lead the sales teams to support local actions and to develop tactics.
* Resolve issues and problems faced by key customers and deal with complaints.
* Coordinate offerings as well as negotiation and successful closing the contract.
* Capture required customer data consistently via salesforce.com to ensure Nufarm commercial team are equally engaged in meeting/exceeding the Key Account Plan.
* Develop and follow-up on short and mid-term budget & forecast reporting together with key client and ensure the adherence to the plans and the execution of agreed upon marketing & sales activities.
* Organize and manage the quarterly Key Account meetings to review progress on Plan implementation as well as planning and coordinating meetings with the client.
* Lead and manage internal the key account team and serve as the prime interface of communication, management and troubleshooting between key customers and our internal teams/functions.
