The Company:
A privately owned & well-regarded Main Contractor, specialising in JCT Care Homes and turning over some £200M a year, is currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager. The company enjoys 75% repeat business and genuinely cares about their staff.
Area of coverage is South, East & West, cutting off North of the Midlands.
Due to an increase in workload, a Contracts Manager is required to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 site management teams on 2 jobs. The company believes that Contract Managers should only run 2 jobs at any one time, in order to avoid poor health.
The Role:
Coming from either a Trade, Academic or Engineering background, along with a consistent background in new build care homes, up to £10M in value, you will be responsible for overseeing Site Management teams (2), ensuring on-time and on-budget completion, with zero H&S incidents. Client-facing skills are extremely important as this company enjoys 75% repeat business on an ongoing basis - this can be demonstrated at interview.
Reporting to a highly experienced, driven & charismatic Construction Director, this role represents a unique opportunity to work for a family-owned Contractor that continues to go from strength to strength.
