Salary: up to 31k including 3k car allowance. This role will involvea lot of daily travel visiting sites across the North-West.
Location: Brewery/Site based
Working Hours: 35 hours a week over 5 days workedflexibly with what’s going on in the pubs

We are looking for a hands-on ContentCreator with loads of creativity and energy to develop, create, plan andexecute quality video and photo content for our corporate and our individualpub social media platforms across our business.
This area of the digital mix plays an important role in the growth ofour business, if you are creative, organised, pro-active and personable andhave previous social media experience in the hospitality/retail industry, thenthis role could be for you.
The Job.
1. Managing social media channels for up to 20 premium food and community pubs plus corporate channels.
2. You will be required to visit up to 20 pubs over a rotating two-week period, to agree a content plan with the pub and create photo / video content on site
3. Create inspiring content plans suitable for our various pub category audiences on various channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
4. Generate social media content which is creative and relevant to build both our corporate and employer brand as well as enhancing our pubs’ reputations, engage with our existing customers whilst actively seeking new audiences with the ultimate aim of driving online bookings and pub visits
5. Capture raw images and transform them into relevant and engaging photo and video content
6. Contribute with content ideas as part of the overall marketing plan to drive awareness and call to action
7. Coordinate Social Media messaging with the wider Marketing Department to ensure consistency of message, branding and timelines
8. Build relationships with social media influencers and local content creators
9. Take ownership of scheduling with a well-balanced annual content plan across all platforms whilst meeting the marketing strategy
10. Monthly Social Media analysis, demonstrating a measurable ROI – such as increased web traffic, increased bookings, improved engagement
About You.
11. 1 year + in hospitality, retail or public relations, marketing communications for B2C
12. Copywriting and literacy skills imperative with high attention to detail and proof-reading skills
13. Previous experience in a Social Media role using various platforms as well as scheduling platforms and a good understanding of analytics
14. Strong food & drink photography and videography skills including reels
15. Proficiency in photo and video editing software
16. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – ability to communicate at different levels (you will work closely with site General Managers)
17. Excellent administration and organisational skills
18. Ability to prioritise effectively and excellent time management skills
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Aware of local events, Northwest geography as well as the latest industry news, challenges and trending topics to create engaging corporate content
21. Flexible as some requirement for out of hours and weekend work may be required from time to time
