£15-£19ph dependant on experience
The client
My client is an established law firm based in the heart of the city seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide support to their already established facilities team during a very busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop established skills and work alongside a friendly team.
The role
1. Supporting and coordinating the onsite teams (cleaning, reception, and M&E).
2. Daily, weekly, and monthly H&S and Facilities checklists: ensuring all floors provide a great working environment by identifying, troubleshooting, and/or reporting any issues.
3. Site compliance: monitoring and acting on any upcoming statutory actions.
4. Undertake and manage ordering and stock control.
The person
1. Experience working within facilities or reception.
2. Confident, forward-thinking, and happy to help.
