Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading, is looking for a talented and passionate digital professional to assist in enhancing our websites through content optimisations, collaboration with stakeholders, and undertaking performance analysis to drive improvements and deliver an exceptional user experience. As a Senior Website Executive you will support the Website Manager to manage and enhance its web presence. You will work to ensure the Henley websites deliver outstanding user experience and performance, as well as meeting all legal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of web-optimised digital content and copywriting, an excellent understanding of how to create effective and high-quality webpages, expertise in SEO best practices, and a strong knowledge of both digital accessibility and user experience. You will work collaboratively with marketing teams, academic departments, and other stakeholders from across the Business School and main University to update and optimise web pages using our content management system. As such, excellent communication and relationship-building skills will be required. You will support the Website Manager on strategic development and design projects, as well as provide analytic reports to various teams improve the website s performance. You will have demonstrable experience working within digital content and/or digital marketing roles, have experience working with content management systems, and a proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver upgrades to website content and experiences. This is a hybrid working role that requires the successful candidate to easily and reliably access the Whiteknights and London Road campuses in Reading, as well as the Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames. This role will require flexibility to work across both Greenlands (Henley) and Whiteknights (Reading) campuses as required. Standard hours of work are 36 hours per week, but some extra hours may be required, including weekend working, depending on the events and projects that require support.
