We are pleased to be recruiting for a multi-specialist law firm with offices in central Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established Law Firm in the family department, working alongside the partner.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Legal Secretary:
* Taking dictation from fee earner
* Typing up legal documentation
* Opening and closing files
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications / correspondence
* Liaising with clients via phone, email, and letter
* Screening incoming calls into the department
* Maintaining an accurate filing system both online and paper-based
* Supporting with general administration
What we’re looking for:
It goes without saying that you will need experience with Family work, excellent IT skills, along with Audio Typing / Digital Dictation and Diary Management experience.
