My client based in Bicester has an exciting opportunity to join their Operations Team in a Coordinator role.
Core responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting day-to-day bookings, liaising with customer teams and freelancers.
2. Establishing deep knowledge of our software.
3. Managing timesheet information and enquiries including, but not limited to cross-referencing financials across all portals and ensuring accurate data entry.
4. Managing the onboarding procedures and supporting all clients and freelancers.
5. Supporting consultants with any day-to-day administration.
6. Escalating any candidate or client issues to the Operations Manager.
7. The role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Knowledge of compliance.
2. Knowledge of time-sheeting (TSP) and financial software (Xero).
3. Support desk experience.
The role is hybrid with 2/3 office days a week.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday; however, the role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.
