As PPC Lead, you will be responsible for owning their paid media offering across Google, Meta, and TikTok, developing new services and managing campaigns to ensure ongoing success for our ecommerce sites across their different brands.

Key Responsibilities for the PPC Lead
1. Lead the planning and execution of performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
2. Oversee the entire paid media strategy, from budget planning to optimisation, to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
3. Implement and optimise campaigns based on critical performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS), ensuring maximum efficiency.
4. Leverage data and insights to test and refine creative strategies, targeting, and bidding to optimise ROI.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, design, and product to deliver effective ad creatives and customer experiences.
6. Analyse and report on campaign performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Identify and implement growth strategies through audience segmentation, creative testing, and landing page optimisation.
PPC Lead Experience We're Looking For
1. 3 years' + experience managing multiple advertising accounts or brands and adhering to budgets.
2. Confident creating and presenting performance reports and delivering them to board.
3. Confident in managing product feeds and configuring conversion tracking.
4. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
5. Strong analytical skills to turn data sets and insights into actionable tasks.
6. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and project management skills.
7. Commercially minded, assisting with the growth of paid advertising - possibly in an agency model.
8. Ecommerce and agency experience is desirable and preferred.
