A boutique retail store dealing with luxurious products is seeking to appoint a Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and the online boutique.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
1. Sales generation and sales targets
2. Marketing and PR
3. Managing, hiring, training and development
4. Performance management
5. Visual merchandising
6. Product management
7. Website management
8. Running and organising events
The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience in a retail environment, a positive and can-do attitude, excellent customer service and sales skills, and a strong interest in retail and sales. You will possess strong leadership skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and a creative flair, alongside the ability to implement new ideas for the better and more efficient running of the boutique.
