As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising our client's capital projects team, supporting their construction and acquisition activities. Responsibilities: Advise, draft and negotiate a range of complex commercial and contractual matters, including construction contracts (bespoke and standard form) Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations Collaborate with senior team members, external stakeholders, and regulators Contribute to the development of legal expertise within the team Requirements: Qualified solicitor/barrister with experience in construction law Knowledge of FIDIC templates and preferably M&A experience Excellent technical and analytical skills Strong negotiation and drafting abilities Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-disciplinary environment Why Join Our Client's Team?
