Job Description
A well-established and growing business is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its compliance team. This is a permanent role with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, offering hybrid working arrangements and travel to multiple office locations across Central and Southern England.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement a company-wide compliance and risk strategy.
* Promoting a strong compliance culture through training and communication.
* Preparing regulatory applications for new acquisitions (e.g., Audit, AML, DBP).
* Providing accurate compliance reporting and managing breaches.
* Advising partners, managers, and staff on compliance-related queries.
* Updating regulatory policies, risk assessments, and client onboarding templates.
* Managing conflict-of-interest procedures and implementing safeguards where required.
* Maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW) to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Drafting and implementing regulatory guidelines in line with industry standards.
* Representing compliance in key business projects and process improvements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3–4 years post-qualification experience in a regulatory environment.
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ICAEW (or equivalent).
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Confidence in building relationships at all levels and a commercial mindset.
* A valid UK driving licence to travel between offices as needed.
