Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop NCGI-A's data analysis capabilities by conducting data retrieval, cleaning and exploitation tasks, demonstrating how insights drawn from analysis can be used in data-driven decisions.
Implement data governance/ management practices through new data schemas and capture strategies and supporting the maintenance of those schemas and strategies.
Support development of NCGI-A's Knowledge Modelling Capability through assisting in the creation of a ‘facilitator pool’ and leading the facilitation of Activity/Knowledge Capture Models (Create, update and manage Models).
Develop and maintain data literacy expertise, keeping an awareness of new technologies and techniques. Provide advice and mentorship to the analytic cadre, Head of AMOD/Data Lead, Capability Leads, NCGI and other relevant government and international partners.
