Are you a Procurement Manager / Category Manager with experience in non-residential construction?

Key responsibilities include:
1. Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category - The non-residential construction experience will include school, hospitals, local authority buildings etc.
2. Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies.
3. Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award.
4. Managing strategic supplier relationships, undertaking performance / contract management with key suppliers.
5. Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
6. Proven Procurement experience within non-residential construction sector.
7. Tendering and contracting experience.
8. Good understanding of JCT, FAC and NEC contract forms.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
10. Honed stakeholder management skills.
11. Strong commercial acumen.
