Are you looking for the next step in your administration career, or perhaps to step into the education world? We're recruiting for a Contract Administrator. Main responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and submitting monthly ESFA claims in a timely and accurate manner
2. Conducting learner registrations and checking their prior attainment
3. Providing customer service and dealing with first line enquiries via various channels
4. Reviewing and auditing procedures of contracted learners and related paperwork
5. Supporting local managers and MIS users with centre-specific activities and issues
6. Carrying out data cleansing exercises and generating reports as required
7. Establishing and maintaining day to day centre administration and filing systems
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. Maths, English, & IT GCSE 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent
2. Experience of providing administrative support
3. Experience of maintaining physical and digital electronic filing
4. Competence with MS Office applications
