Curriculum Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will adopt a unique and creative approach to teaching, focusing on identifying the interests and learning styles of each pupil. Your duties will include:
* Planning, preparing, and evaluating customised learning programmes that promote physical, emotional, social, cultural, and moral development.
* Teaching individual students and small groups, adapting lessons and methodologies as needed.
* Supporting students in preparing for public exams and assessing their abilities to help them reach their full potential.
* Supervising pupils during exams and presentations.
* Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring that school activities enhance pupils overall development.
Pupil Engagement:
A successful English Teacher will excel at building meaningful relationships with pupils. In this role, you will:
* Stay informed about safe working practices while maintaining a focus on health and safety.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team and fellow educators to develop courses, materials, and assessment methods.
General Duties of an English Teacher:
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Assessment and Reporting:
Accurate assessment and reporting are essential for supporting pupils futures. As an English Teacher, you will:
* Utilise available mechanisms to assess the emotional well:being, learning, and behaviour of students.
* Maintain detailed records of assessments and prepare insightful reports for Annual Reviews and other meetings.
