Role: Head of Marketing- Chesterfield
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30am- 5pm Monday- Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday

Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment Group’s Marketing Division is pleased to be working with a prestige, award-winning distributor with a multi-brand portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and have full autonomy to manage the marketing function to increase brand awareness and raise their high profile.
As Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with the Sales Director and Managing Director to oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing department, delivering impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
You should be a strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple brands and delivering consistent marketing efforts. You will develop strategies and workflows for various platforms and manage a small team.
You will lead individual projects and devise strategies for each brand to increase D2C leads and conversion rates while maintaining a strong B2B presence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Full Mix Marketing:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that balances new customer acquisition with cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the existing customer base.
* Utilise customer journey mapping to optimise lifecycle marketing and in-platform techniques to boost engagement and revenue.
Revenue Growth and Commercial Impact:
* Drive revenue through multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, advertising, and sales collateral.
* Manage website and social media accounts.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
* Set and monitor KPIs for all campaigns, using data to optimise performance.
* Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, demonstrating ROI and improvements.
Team Growth and Leadership:
* Build, lead, and mentor marketing and sales teams.
* Scale the team to meet business growth while maintaining efficiency.
Stakeholder and Agency Management:
* Work with internal teams (product, UX, development) to ensure platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and SEO-optimised.
* Manage external agencies for advertising.
Events and Exhibitions:
* Manage trade show stands, including design and setup.
* Oversee company showrooms and attendance at consumer events.
* Manage and post on social media accounts.
The ideal candidate would have:
* 5–7+ years in a senior marketing role, with success in growing small to mid-sized companies.
* Experience in full mix marketing roles.
* Experience managing social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
* Strong IT skills with knowledge of analytics tools (Google, social platforms).
* Experience in multi-brand marketing roles.
* Experience growing a D2C customer base through multi-channel campaigns.
