Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting Hearing Assessments : Perform comprehensive hearing tests and provide tailored hearing solutions for patients of all ages. Hearing Aid Fitting & Aftercare : Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids, ensuring long-term patient satisfaction with follow-up care. Sales and Customer Service : Promote and sell the most appropriate hearing aids, ensuring patients have the best possible options for their hearing needs. Diagnostic Audiology Services : Provide expert rehabilitation services, including hearing aid dispensing and detailed patient record-keeping. Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals and support teams to deliver seamless and personalized patient care. Compliance and Professional Standards : Adhere to all industry regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Qualifications and Skills Needed: We’re looking for passionate professionals who meet the following criteria: Qualifications : HCPC Registered Audiologist (or equivalent), Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Audiological Science Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the private sector audiology or hearing aid dispensing field, with a proven sales record. Customer Focused : A deep passion for providing exceptional patient care and personalized hearing solutions. Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and build long-term relationships. Time Management : Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Full UK Driving License : Required to travel to patient visits and clinics.
