This post is based at the Nottingham Queens Medical Centre, and you will be expected to travel to other sites within the trust when required. To be the ideal candidate you must possess. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of supporting Windows based servers and IT infrastructure within an enterprise setting. This will include provisioning, testing, management, support, and maintenance of systems throughout the whole of its life cycle. This will include ensuring that systems exceed our minimum availability targets Experience of resolving Service Desk calls and underlying problem diagnosis within agreed SLAs or OLAs. The ability to complete assigned technical tasks to a high standard within given deadlines. Knowledge and experience in administering security solutions to prevent cyber security incidents. Proven experience in backing up and restoring Windows servers and associated applications. Strong communication and document writing skills
