My client is an East of England-based multi-site company who are acquisitive and fast-paced with a head office in Stowmarket.
Your new role
This is a new temporary HR Manager role based on the continued growth of the business and additional support while they recruit on a permanent basis. This job is for a standalone HR Manager supporting about 140 employees across the East of England and working closely within a collaborative team environment. It's a 'hands-on' job where you will take ownership of managing the HR function, ensuring the business is adopting best practices and supporting the management team. Alongside this, you will be actively involved in managing and supporting HR projects, including the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be passionate about all things HR, practical and down-to-earth, with the ability to deal with people at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the HR function, driving best practices across the business whilst also being involved in its growth plans.
1. Strong generalist HR experience, ideally with experience of working in a standalone role.
2. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered an hourly rate of between £14.00/£19.00 (dependent on experience) and the chance to undertake a standalone HR Manager job working within a wider collaborative team for a forward-thinking business.
