Job Purpose
Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft Entra AD and M365 collaborative products, focusing on technical troubleshooting and user support across Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support for M365 products (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
* Configure and manage Teams environments
* Manage Teams meetings, phone services, and channels
* Remote troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues
* Prepare incident reports
* Handle user support tickets
* Implement ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
Required Skills and Experience
* Technical Skills
* Minimum 3 years desktop support experience
* Hands-on knowledge of M365 products
* Understanding of Azure Active Directory
* Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
* Basic PowerShell scripting
* ITIL/ITSM best practices
* Intune Device management (preferred)
