Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts
* Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
* Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
* Prepare financial reports and summaries, including annual reports, profit and loss statements, marginal reports, and P&L statements
* Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
* Experience with Sage accounting software is essential
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
