There may also be a requirement to work at otherlocations within the Linconshire Combined Practice (Waddington & Coningsby) asdictated by business needs.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will beensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professionalphysiotherapy/rehabilitation service for entitled personnel. This will includeundertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sportsand training injury areas.

Job responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are notlimited to:
8. The ability to perform highly skilledphysio-therapeutic assessment of patients referred by Consultants, GeneralPractitioners and other Healthcare Professionals with diverse presentations andcomplex and acute/chronic physical conditions and sports injuries. Usingclinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis.
9. To formulate, develop and deliver a specialisedindividualised treatment programme based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment,and appropriate clinical reasoning.
10. To holdprofessional and legal accountability to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy(CSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC), adhering to all directed standardsand codes of practice.
11. Adheringto Regional Healthcare Governance policy, ensuring that all service deliveryconforms to the standards set.
12. Communicatingoptimally with patients to ensure informed consent for assessment andtreatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximise theirrehabilitation potential.
13. Managing andprioritising own clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.
