Due to organisational growth, we are seeking a Team Manager to join our busy upgrades team. Acting as first point of contact for the effective management of a team of engineers, including managing the team P & L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the team to deliver both team and business objectives. Manage a team including monitoring attendance, sickness absence and annual leave & Schedule workload for the team Provision of technical advice and guidance Co-ordinate and manage site health & safety for the team including production and compliance with RAMS Financial management including responsibility for P & L Production of reports Conduct monthly team meetings Ensure continuous improvement within the team Manage the development of trainees and apprentices Suitable candidates will possess excellent leadership skills gained from either BMS or Engineering, M & E, HVAC, Air conditioning orHard Services industry. A minimum 3 years experience is essential. Knowledge of Trend and/or Honeywell products a distinct advantage. Travel to customer sites on a regular basis.
