To provide a comprehensive clerical service to the division, you will be responsible for booking in all patients that arrive into our department updating patient health records using the required electronic systems. You will also be required to undertake all the relevant work related tasks including retrieval, preparation and filing of patient information / data, arranging appointments, emailing and processing referrals for patient pathways, and supporting the process in production and sending of GP discharge letters.
