As we grow rapidly within the kitchen and interior design sector, we need someone to help us manage client leads, coordinate sales, and handle administrative responsibilities. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and receive comprehensive training, with opportunities for career progression as the company expands. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Handle pre- and post-sale communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Scheduling: Organize meetings, appointments, and key deadlines. Administrative Tasks: Answer calls, manage correspondence, and process client instructions. Order Coordination: Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries, fittings, and installations. CRM Management: Operate and maintain the company’s CRM system (ZOHO CRM). Quotes & Sales Support: Prepare quotes for clients (training provided) and assist with lead follow-ups. Marketing Support: Collaborate with external social marketing teams during meetings. What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills (excellent command of English). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Solid IT and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong writing skills. Experience with social media management (a bonus but not essential). Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service. Proximity to Twickenham (TW1) is preferable for accessibility.
