What You'll Do: As our Operations Excellence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a great customer experience. You will lead the Contracts, Service Delivery, and Accounts Payable functions in our fast-paced, dynamic, commodity trading business, fostering a culture of operational and customer service excellence. Your role will involve overseeing the operational execution of trades from the UK and Europe to both domestic and global customers and suppliers. You'll collaborate closely with commercial teams, understanding their needs, managing risks, and ensuring we exceed supplier and customer expectations. Experience with Enhancing Customer Experience: Have you previously implemented initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience? Can you demonstrate a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in your previous roles? Do you prioritize clear and timely communication with customers to ensure their needs are met? What You'll Need: Demonstratable Customer Services and Operations, ideally in distribution, trucking, ocean freight, import/export, freight forwarding, or trading business. Experience creating & leading high-performance teams. Experience in process improvement Ability to coach, upskill and inspire commercial and operational teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in using MS Office 365 suite of products.
