Join a leading global construction company in this dynamic roleKey Responsibilities: Input and manage site operational data (staff, labour, materials, plant) Upload site documents to BC and liaise with the SB3 document control team Maintain office notice boards with key updates Coordinate training requirements with the internal competency team General admin tasks, including ordering office supplies Track and report hours worked for all site operatives/staff Manage Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheets and maintenance records Requirements: Self-motivated with strong initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with document control systems (e.g., Business Collaborator, PIM) preferred Excellent time management and organisational skills Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
