Fusion Lets is a property management company based in Luton with multiple properties owned in a growing portfolio. The portfolio growth is fueled by exciting acquisitions in addition to new build projects.
The portfolio includes professional and institutional tenants that require managing across varying property types (houses, flats, HMOs).
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing properties, either during construction, refurbishment, or through tenancy, requires a lot of organization and form filling to ensure compliance and tenant safety.
This role will be core in the administration of our properties, including:
1. Arranging visits for potential new tenants
2. Taking photos for inventories and inspections
3. Welcoming new tenants
4. Being the understanding voice on the phone when rent is missing
Most of what's needed can be trained, but you will have a significant advantage if you have prior experience, even as a tenant.
Key attributes for this role include strong organization skills and a willingness to complete tasks correctly and on time. As a small office, being prepared to help others is a bonus.
The Successful Applicant Will Be:

* Have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience
Applicants must complete the Assessment to be considered for the position. Knowledge of the Arthur Online system will be a distinct advantage.
