The Job:
A leading company in the agriculture industry is seeking a proactive Customer Service Operator to manage customer and account manager requests from order to cash. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, streamlining processes, and supporting sales growth. Responsibilities include:
1. Resolving queries efficiently
2. Reducing invoice disputes
3. Coordinating customer onboarding
4. Managing contracts
5. Tracking complaints and analyzing trends for improvements
6. Supporting pricing updates
7. Facilitating interdepartmental communication

The Candidate:
- Knowledge of the feed industry (desirable but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in credit management and systems like SAP/C4C/SIS
- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A tenacious, resilient attitude and a focus on improvement
The Package:
- Salary £23,970 per annum
