Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape the product strategy within your domain.
2. Roadmap Development: Communicate the strategic rationale behind roadmap initiatives and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
3. Goals and Alignment: Establish OKRs and metrics with the Principal Product Manager and align your team.
4. Problem Space Exploration: Define the problem space and leverage product discovery frameworks.
5. Design and Research Collaboration: Work with Designers and Researchers to refine customer insights and generate valuable features.
6. Prioritisation: Make informed decisions about features considering potential impact and effort.
7. Scoping and Trade-offs: Define the scope for mid-sized features, balancing metrics and iterative phases.
8. GTM Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing on launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
9. User and Data Focus: Understand user needs, leverage data insights, and set success metrics.
10. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to inform feature adjustments.
11. Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders.
12. Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively overcoming obstacles.

19. CIPD: Ideally CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
