Your Mission:
1. Engage & Influence: Have impactful conversations with healthcare professionals, including Consultants, Specialty Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Pharmacists.
2. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our cross-functional Brand Team and multi-skilled colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Strategise & Execute: Develop and implement strategic account plans, mobilise local advocates, and deliver on KPIs with precision.
4. Omnichannel Approach: Utilise face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints to achieve commercial objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous specialty pharma sales experience.
2. Proven ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
3. Pharma launch experience.
4. Degree in life sciences or healthcare professional qualification.
5. ABPI qualification.
6. Effective teamwork skills.
7. Understanding of account management principles.
8. Positive mindset and ability to work independently.
9. Proficiency with IT systems and adaptability to new processes.
