What You’ll Be Up To:
* Teaming up with the class teacher to bring exciting, play-based EYFS activities to life
* Supporting individual children and small groups to help every child shine in their own way
* Creating and maintaining safe, engaging indoor and outdoor spaces that spark imagination
* Helping children grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively – building confidence and independence along the way
* Prepping fun resources and hands-on learning experiences that make every day feel like an adventure
* Chatting with parents, carers, and team members to keep everyone in the loop on the little ones’ progress
* Being a key player in a friendly, collaborative, and supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
* You’ve got a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
* You’ve worked with young children before in a nursery or early years setting (or you just get what it’s all about!)
* You have a real passion for child development and helping children reach their full potential
* You’re available full-time, five days a week
* You're a great communicator and a true team player
