Are you a Registered Manager with experience in challenging behaviour and positive behaviour support, looking to lead an established Learning Disability and Autism service?
If so, join Bradfield House in Worthing, a Learning Disability and Autism division that provides a specialist residential service for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments.
In this role, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering excellent care and operational performance, while continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
As a Registered Home Manager, you will be:
* Ensuring adherence to CQC standards and regulations
* Meeting quality and financial targets, developing quality healthcare services that respond to clients' changing needs, market trends, and evidence-based practice
* Contributing to the strategic development of the care home as a member of the management team, aligning with Elysium’s objectives and business plan
* Promoting and enhancing Elysium Healthcare’s reputation for high-quality outcomes for clients
* Understanding and responding to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder
* Participating in contract reviews and representing the organisation in service delivery
* Leading supervision and annual review processes within Elysium Care Partnerships for your team
*There is an on-call rota aspect to this role.
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will need:
* Experience with Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support (essential)
* An excellent track record in management within the social or healthcare sector (essential)
* Strong commercial acumen supporting service delivery, people management, budget control, business development, and revenue generation
* An inclusive, supportive management style with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change
* Experience working with external agencies such as CQC, Safeguarding, CCGs, etc.
* A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services that enable people to lead fulfilling lives

Bradfield House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division, providing a specialist residential service for men and women with learning disabilities, autism, sensory, and communication impairments.
The home features two lounges, ten spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and two fully enclosed gardens. It is situated in Worthing’s conservation area, just a short walk to the seafront and ¼ mile to West Worthing train station. Worthing offers excellent facilities, amenities, direct train access to Brighton and London, and good road links.
