Project Manager – F&B Rollout & Fit-Out
Location: Shoreditch
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
A thriving Shoreditch-based design studio is looking for a Project Manager to join their team, delivering high-profile F&B rollout and fit-out projects. Working with well-recognised brands, you'll oversee the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with experience in F&B or retail fit-out projects, looking to take ownership of major rollouts and grow within a fast-paced studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end project management of multiple F&B fit-out and rollout projects
* Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure smooth delivery
* Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to coordinate project execution
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, brand standards, and quality expectations
* Handle site visits, snagging, and issue resolution
* Report on project progress and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Key Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in project management within F&B or retail fit-out
* Proven track record of rollout projects and multi-site delivery
* Strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out phases, and site management
* Experience working with contractors, landlords, and local authorities
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* UK-based with full right to work
