The primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality customer service whilst maximining lettings leads and potential opportunities. Your main job will be to add to the already extensive lettings portfolio, so being a brilliant instruction winner is key – as well as being able to spot and take advantage of lettings opportunities across the local area and getting these onto the company’s books. You should be confident, persuasive, articulate, well-spoken, enthusiastic and brilliant on the phone The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in lettings, have the skill to win business and understand how to get the team focussed on getting the properties let to the best tenants.
