They are looking for a capable senior administrator ideally with experience in an HR role or environment and with a good grasp of HR policies. Working autonomously and supervising an Administrator, you will interface with the HR and finance teams, ensuring the day-to-day operations for the team are managed.

Your duties are likely to include:
1. Providing proactive support to the Heads of Division in their execution of the leadership and management of the Division.
2. Supporting the needs of the researchers within the Division in an efficient and effective way, whilst also paying due attention to corporate requirements.
3. Managing the Divisional Office, ensuring it is responsive to the needs of members of the Division.
4. Having primary responsibility for HR and financial management and administration for the Division and for decision-making associated with specific aspects of these functions. Being accountable for the quality of advice and guidance given in these areas, proposing or executing solutions to problems wherever possible.
5. Working collaboratively with the wider administrative team supporting the work of the team to ensure efficient and effective services and support.
