A Role That Changes Lives
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a specialist provision in Glastonbury, seeking a full-time Classroom Supervisor to join a dedicated and compassionate team. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people who have faced barriers to mainstream education, including those with SEN, those who have experienced trauma, and pupils who have been permanently excluded.
This alternative provision offers a structured, empathetic environment that focuses on rebuilding confidence, restoring trust in education, and helping students find renewed motivation to succeed. The school supports learners aged 14 to 16 with a strong emphasis on pastoral care, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour support. Staff work collaboratively to ensure each child is seen, heard, and given the chance to grow in a space where they feel safe and respected.
