Your Role: Leading with Passion and Excellence
1. Champion the delivery of outstanding domiciliary care, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
2. Establish and maintain robust quality assurance systems, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and best practices.
3. Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk assessments, promoting client well-being.
4. Actively gather and respond to client feedback, driving continuous improvement.
5. Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team through effective recruitment, training, and supervision.
6. Optimise staff rotas to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
8. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
9. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
10. Maintain accurate and confidential records, upholding data protection principles.
11. Manage budgets and resources effectively, delivering exceptional value.
12. Build strong relationships with external agencies, health care professionals, and families.

What You Bring:
1. A degree or professional qualification in health or social care (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Health and Social Care Management).
2. Proven management experience within the domiciliary care sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
6. The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
8. Excellent IT proficiency.
