Product Marketing Manager (SaaS) up to £70K

About the role
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition to customers for sales enablement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and creative services to develop GTM plans, launch new products, and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
1. Develop go-to-market plans and launch new products
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
3. Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products to customers
4. Create sales enablement materials including presentations, demos, and case studies
5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative services to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
7. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
8. Manage product marketing budgets.
Skills and experience valued in your role
9. At least 2 years Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment (experience of targeting HR or Finance decision makers will be a definite advantage)
10. At least 4-5 years overall marketing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative working
12. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
