Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive:
1. Sales & Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and builders' merchant customers, identifying new business opportunities.
2. Merchandising: Ensure products are well-presented in stores, implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights to the sales team.
4. Trade Show Representation: Plan and attend trade shows across the UK, engaging with customers and showcasing our product range.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in field sales and merchandising, preferably in the building products industry.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
5. Valid driver's license.
