About the Team Client Experience team summary The Client Experience team sits at the heart of the agency and acts as the main point of contact for our clients, working closely with the clients to help them deliver against their marketing objectives. The team are responsible for taking the clients briefs and establishing the right strategy and products to deliver what they need. The role largely centres around application of omnichannel media planning and buying, and other capabilities that the agency offers, including data strategy, technology, performance creative and training. Overall, our team are responsible for maintaining that relationship and ensuring that Space & Time continue to provide best in class service. About the Role Space & Time require a Performance Director responsible for building strong relationships with clients, and key stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of media planning, buying, and MarTech. You will be an expert leader, capable of managing resources, exceeding client KPIs, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client partnerships Lead client strategy development and implementation Manage client relationships and expectations Oversee media planning and buying activities Drive commercial growth and profitability Mentor and develop team members Drive process efficiency and innovation Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills Travel nationally as required (driving license preferred) Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of both online and offline digital marketing platforms and their applications, including SEO. Support group-level functions and contribute to national campaign development and execution Possess exceptional presentation and business pitching skills Skills & Experience Extensive experience in media planning and buying Strong leadership and communication skills Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong commercial acumen Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Enthusiasm for client interaction and team collaboration Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their integration with offline activities Experience in supporting group-level initiatives and managing national campaigns Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and pitches Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Google Analytics Experian - location analyst (desirable) Knowledge of Google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager, as well as SEO Understanding of TGI and touchpoints (desirable) Space & Time is on a transformational growth trajectory, and we would love to take you with us To apply: Please submit a CV and covering letter outlining your interest in the role, as well as your salary expectations and notice period.
