About the Role: As part of the ITAM transformation program, the Office of Change Management (OCM) is leading the transition of IT services from development to process adoption. You will work closely with multiple teams to facilitate communication, track progress, and drive the adoption of key IT initiatives across the firm.
This is a high-impact role that will involve crafting communications, creating presentations, tracking status updates, and supporting the maintenance of internal platforms. You'll help ensure smooth project delivery, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to the overall success of the program.
This Role is Based in Glasgow for 3 Days a week in the Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop an understanding of business models and technology services, aligning them with IT risk initiatives.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end planning.
3. Track and monitor risks, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Document project requirements, changes, and scope adjustments, and maintain an audit trail.
5. Host governance forums, track action items, and manage project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation.
6. Collaborate with the OCM team on communication and adoption activities.
7. Create detailed communication plans, PowerPoint materials for workstreams, and senior management updates.
8. Manage the distribution of materials through various communication channels, including emails and JIVE content.
9. Identify areas for improvement and execute necessary changes to enhance processes.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards in all communication and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
2. Strong project planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
3. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior management stakeholders.
4. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating professional presentations and reports.
5. Familiarity with JIVE development and content management.
6. Understanding of Agile development processes.
7. Experience with corporate adoption strategies and communication needs for successful program rollout.
8. Ability to track KPIs and report on project progress effectively.
